This project consists of repairs for the Goldenrod Avenue Bridge over Smokehouse Bay (FDOT Bridge No. 034116) which is owned and maintained by the City of Marco Island, Florida. The project includes asphalt milling, installation of a waterproofing membrane, installing new asphalt pavement, expansion joint repairs, concrete patching repairs, and maintenance of traffic as indicated in the performance specifications. ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE CITY OF MARCO ISLAND STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON. RESPONSIBLE VENDOR DETERMINATION Respondent is hereby notified that Section 287.05701, Florida Statutes, requires that the District may not request documentation of or consider a vendor's social, political, or ideological interests when determining if the vendor is a responsible vendor.
