Furnishing all labor and material and performing all Work required to repair the Fourche Creek WRF Arkansas River Outfall Revetment. The project consists generally of repairs to the existing outfall revetment in the Arkansas River. Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids will be subject to the requirements of the Arkansas Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) Programs as described in the contract documents. Contractor's Bid shall be accompanied by a cashier's check or certified check upon a national or state bank in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the total maximum Bid Price, payable without recourse to the Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority, or a Bid Bond in the same amount from a reliable surety company, as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a Contract and execute Performance and Payment Bonds within ten (10) days after Notice of Award of Contract. The Notice of Award of Contract shall be given by the Owner within sixty (60) days following the opening of Bids. All bids are subject to the conditions of Section 002113 Information for Bidders of the Contract Documents. The successful Bidder must furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond upon the forms provided each in the amount of One Hundred (100) Percent of the Contract Price from an approved surety company holding a permit from the State of Arkansas to act as surety, or other surety or sureties acceptable to the Owner. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order 11246, as amended.
