Renovation of a multi-residential development in Kent, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Work includes, but is not limited to: Good faith asbestos inspection(s) and testing to comply with RCW 49.26.013 as required to achieve scope of work. Removal and replacement of all existing roofing materials and 25% of plywood deck sheathing as well as 100 LF of fascia boards. Inspect all exposed roof framing for any rot or damaged materials and repair as needed. King County Housing Authority (KCHA) will accept bids from qualified general contractors to furnish labor, materials and necessary equipment to perform the following: SCOPE OF WORK: Work includes, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of all existing roofing materials, and other tasks as described in the bid documents. Estimate $166,663.00 Question Deadline 04/08/2025 Questions pertaining to the bid are to be sent via email to MichelleJ@kcha.org . no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to bid due date. All responses shall be in the form of Addenda. BID GUARANTEE: Not Required. PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS: As a condition of award Performance and Payment bonds for 100% of the Contract Award Amount shall be furnished for the Work.
