The project consists of repair and rehabilitation of roadways in the city of Kent, which includes residential and business areas. The roadway repair work includes planning bituminous pavement, pavement repairs, asphalt overlay, curb ramps, curb, gutter and sidewalk repairs, cement concrete extruded curbs, speed cushions, raised crosswalks, adjusting utilities and other related work. The project includes work in areas near several Kent School District Elementary Schools. There is asphalt overlay work on 103rd Pl SE near Panther Lake Elementary School, pavement repair along E James Street just east of the Mill Creek Middle School, and grind/inlay and sidewalk work adjacent to Park.
