The building has 61 dwelling units. There are 60 one (1) bedroom one (1) bathroom units that all contain visual notification similar to accessible type units and one (2) bedroom (1) bath located on the first floor. The current fire alarm system's main control panel is Silent Knight located in the Reception Office off the main entry lobby on the lower floor. The Fire Alarm System for this project shall be a Potter Electric Brand System. KCHA standard will not allow any substitutions of this specified Fire Alarm equipment.
