The Regional Transportation District will be replacing a section of the existing embedded light rail track in Denver, Colorado. The section is near the intersection of Kalamath Street & Colfax Avenue in downtown Denver. Provide a bid for crossing panels required to complete the construction of this project. The base bid shall include 34 EA - Pre-cast Concrete Crossing Panels, complete with clips, insulators, rail pads, and flangeway filler. Panels to be designed to accommodate a rail curve radius of 460FT with standard (tangent) panel gaps. RTD will supply proposed track design centerline curve drawing to contactor with panel limits upon Fully Executed Purchase Order. Contractor to design panels to accommodate provided track alignment and produce shop drawings for RTD approval. Within 60 days of receiving design from RTD. Contractor to build panels per the approved shop drawing. RTD will review and approve within 15 days of receiving shop drawings. Contractor to deliver said panels to CML Yard. No Later than August 1, 2025 RTD may reject any and all quotations and reserves the right to waive defects in the quotations as the interest of RTD may require.
