Reference Number 0000380211 Purchase Type: Duration: 3 years Option: Plus Two 1 Year Options to Extend Bid Intent Not Available This request is for a competitive RFP process to select a qualified vendor to provide cleaning services at Denver International Airport (DEN) for Concourse A, B, and C, including Airfield Outlying Buildings. This contract opportunity will allow for a vendor to exclusively focus on the concourses and the unique challenges such as flight delays, weather related cancellations and stranded passengers. The vendor will create, with the oversight of the DEN Operations Services, cleaning routes that will cover all common areas all levels on the concourse to include the cleaning of public and non-public restrooms, City offices, stairwells, jet bridges, conveyance equipment, floor care and carpet care. The vendor will also provide all required staffing, chemicals, and equipment to perform the services outlined in the scope of work.
