Reference Number 0000380343 Job Location: Denver, CO - Auraria Campus Bid Intent Not Available The Auraria Campus is soliciting bids for general contractors to remodel bathrooms in the Auraria Library. Library restrooms R200A and R200B are currently a women's and men's restroom respectively. They are to be remodeled to reduce the size of R200A and R200B to allow the creation of one All-Gender restroom R200C that will occupy the same footprint as the current men's and women's restrooms. The All-Gender restroom R200C will have individual stalls with two stalls being fully ADA Compliant. The sinks and accessories shall be ADA compliant per the drawings and specs. All restrooms shall be code compliant and meet ADA requirements per the drawings and specs. Project includes demolition of some walls and existing finishes, including some ceilings. Re-use all existing fixtures and partitions; fixtures and partitions must be removed during demolition and shall be protected and stored for re-installation on-site by the selected contractor in a location within the building to be provided by Auraria. A new dividing wall will be added between the existing two restrooms. One new ADA stall will be created/added in each existing men's and women's restroom. Finally, the new gender neutral restroom will have two (2) new ADA stalls added. See drawings for addition and modifications of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. New card access will be needed for each stall in the new All-Gender restroom. The required access control vendor is UltraGuard (to tie into existing Millennium System).
