The scope of work varies on an individual project and may include, but is not limited to, design for structural modifications and additions to existing facilities and systems, design for new structural elements, building evaluations, producing reports and studies, and planning, permitting, estimating, scheduling, constructability reviews, and construction administration. The participation requirement for this project is: Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Defined Pool. The SBE contractor self-performance requirement is 30%.
