Site work and paving for a road / highway in Charleston, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This work consists of providing all labor, equipment, materials, tools, and supervision necessary to seal asphalt cracks approximately 6,500- lineal feet with hot rubber crack fill; seal coat approximately 200,000-square feet of existing pavement with 2 coats of Tarconite modified asphalt sealer; and approximately 2,750-lineal feet of striping. Each Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope containing the Form of Proposal, Non Collusion Affidavit, and Drug Free Workplace Conformance Affidavit as well as all other necessary documents. Proposals must be made on the forms furnished by the CSB in the manner designated in the Contract Documents and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of Bidder followed by "WWTP Asphalt Sealing and Striping, to be opened in the lower left-hand corner A Bidder may not withdraw his Bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of Bids. Bids received after the scheduled closing time for the reception of Bids will be returned unopened to the Bidders. The CSB reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and is not necessarily bound to accept the lowest bid, if said bid is contrary to the best interest of the CSB. The CSB reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
