Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Osnaburgh House, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Mishkeegogamang First Nation is proceeding with the construction of a new NAPS Detachment to enhance the safety and well-being of its residents and support professional and responsive policing services. The community is located approximately 500 km northwest of Thunder Bay, accessible by through year round road access. The project is being delivered in a phased approach with the following scope being delivered through this tender: Site footprint preparation Foundations - including steel pipe piles, concrete grade beams, concrete floor slabs & drains, steel base plates, in-floor heating system Pre-selected CANAM structural package (steel structure, insulated exterior walls and cladding, and punched exterior windows and doors) Roof system (vapor barrier, insulation, EPDM membrane, roof drains and access hatches) All major HVAC equipment with minimal distribution and control Electrical and plumbing rough-ins Reduced septic system with poly tank Complete sprinkler system Minimal lighting fixtures Question Acceptance Deadline: 2025/03/26 12:00:00 AM EDT Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com .
