Reference Number 0000379462 The Town of Frederick, Colorado (Town) is soliciting proposals from a qualified Civil Engineer to complete a design for a concrete trail and associated landscaping and irrigation along Bella Rosa Parkway/Weld County Road 20 from Sandpiper Drive to Wetland Loop. It is the intent of the Town to enter into an Independent Consultant Agreement with a qualified Civil Engineer who best meets the needs of this unique project. The proposed project area is approximately 2,200 feet in length and 40 feet in width, within the north side of Bella Rosa Parkway right-of-way. The general parameters of the project include the design for a 10 foot wide concrete trail and ADA curb ramps at the terminating roadways, site grading for functional drainage and accessible circulation, and landscape improvements with associated irrigation system.
