Reference Number 0000397634 The purpose of this scope of services is to outline the responsibilities and expectations for an Owner's Representative (OR) acting on behalf of the Town of Firestone to oversee the coordination, design, permitting, bidding, and construction of a new potable water storage tank and associated distribution line infrastructure. The OR's role is to provide technical, contractual, and management support to ensure the projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality requirements. All proposals must be sealed with the following marked on the outside: Proposal ENCLOSED for Water Tank and Distribution Line Construction/Design Administration (W2025-9568) Provide four (4) hard copies and one electronic copy (on a USB thumb drive) of your proposal. Proposals received after the date and time indicated and/or proposals that are not prepared and filed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Request for Proposal will not be considered for evaluation.
