Reference Number 0000288836 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/03/31 03:00:00 PM MDT This Request for Quote (RFQ) is an invitation by Red Deer Polytechnic (RDP) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding offers for the provision of the Supply of Chemicals and Consumables. It is RDP’s intention to enter into the Form of Agreement, attached as Appendix A to this RFQ, with only one (1) legal entity. Mandatory Requirements: Respondents who do not comply with the following mandatory criteria will be disqualified without further consideration given. Each proposal MUST include completion of the: Submission Form (Attachment #1), completed and signed by an authorized representative of the respondent. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of five (5) years with an option in favor of RDP to extend the agreement on the same or similar terms and conditions for an additional two (2) year term. It is anticipated that the agreement will commence on May 11, 2025. The Contractor shall provide evidence of the following insurance coverage to be provided at its own expense and without limiting its liabilities herein: (a) Insure its operations under a contract of Comprehensive or Commercial General Liability, with an insurer licensed in Alberta, in an amount not less than $5,000,000 per occurrence, (annual general aggregate, if any, not less than $5,000,000), insuring against bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage including loss of use thereof. Such insurance shall include blanket contractual liability. (b) The Contractor is responsible for insuring its owned property against loss or damage on an all "All Risks" basis.
