The project Includes new flooring, acoustical ceilings, framing, doors, frames, glass & glazing, sheetrock, painting, Demolition, Plumbing, and electrical upgrades. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid exceeding $100,000 in the amount of 5% percent of the bid amount. The cost for a payment and performance bond should be Included In your base bid for any bid over $100,000 No bids may be withdrawn for a period of [45] sixty days after opening of bids. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work.
