The Contractor shall provide preventive maintenance, and repairs of EPIC's Standby Generator systems and Automatic Transfer Switches. Work shall be performed on a quarterly basis and shall be scheduled by the EPIC Facilities Office. This work shall include all materials, labor, and parts. The Contractor shall be held responsible for all costs of parts, materials, and labor for repairs of $500.00 or less. When repairs exceed $500.00 the Contractor shall be responsible for labor costs, and the Government shall pay for parts and materials on a separate purchase request for repairs over $500.00.
