The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Bliss, TX is issuing a construction solicitation W911SG-25-B-A017, in support of the United States Army Directorate of Public Works (DPW) located at Fort Bliss, Texas. General Information: The Contractor shall remove existing roof system at building 122 and provide a new metal roof shingle roof system including some wood plank deck replacement, new self-adhering underlayment, new metal roof shingles, install in accordance with roofing manufacturer's recommendations. Provide a 30-year manufacturer's warranty with 120-mph wind speed coverage. Building 122 is a historical building. Procurement will be solicited as one hundred percent (100%) Service- Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) . The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The anticipated period of performance is 120 calendar days after Notice to Proceed has been issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160 (Size Standard $19 Million). The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $500,000. and $1,000,000.
