The facility is located at 200 S. Fuls Rd., New Lebanon, OH. The New Lebanon Local School District is accepting fixed bids for the boiler, materials, and labor to install the new boiler. The district plans on having the project completed during the summer of 2025 if manufacturing lead time allows for completion at that time. It will be the responsibility of the bidder to familiarize themselves with the facility and any or all abnormalities that may be present. Care shall be taken to prevent any damage to existing facilities and to ensure prompt completion to allow usage as needed. The selected company shall provide proof of insurance with liability coverage at a minimum of $1,000,000 and also proof of current workmen's compensation coverage for all employees, and contract labor, that may be on site. The facility is a middle school that uses the boiler for building heating. New Lebanon School District is requesting bids for the purchase and installation of a HYDROTHERM (ATH) HOT WATER CONDENSING BOILER (Model KN-26). Included features: Insulated jacket, Air fuel coupled with modulating negative acting DUNGS gas valve, Flame safeguard control w/ UV flame rectification, Variable speed blower, Interrupted spark ignition; Main gas regulator, Heat Net integrated boiler management system Mod Bus BAS Interface, 7" diagonal touch screen display, Safety pressure relief valve, CSD-1 compliant gas train w/ LWCO, Temperature pressure indicator, Low and high gas pressure switches, Factory installed flow sensor, Boiler Primary Pump 2 hp: Field Installed & Wired, Manual reset high limit, Air vent Spirotop, Condensate drain with fitting; Condensate Neutralization tube. The successful bidder shall be issued a purchase order for the full amount of the bid and no changes to the amount will be allowed once agreed. Payment shall be made in full within 30 days following completion of the project and receipt of an invoice from the vendor. A performance bond will not be required of the successful bidder unless the bidder requires a deposit of funds prior to the completion of the project.
