The Board of Education of New Lebanon Local School District is requesting proposals for replacing classroom ventilators at Dixie Middle School, located at 200 S. Fuls Rd., New Lebanon, OH. The project involves the replacement of 5 classroom ventilators, including procurement and installation of the equipment within the heating/cooling system. The new ventilators must be prepared for connection to the building controls system, but the district will handle the actual connection work separately. The work must be completed by September 1, 2026, with scheduling to accommodate facility use starting August 15, 2026. Bidders are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the facility, avoiding damage, and ensuring prompt project completion. Proof of insurance with at least $1,000,000 liability coverage and current workmen's compensation coverage is required.
