South San Francisco Unified School District ("District") isseeking proposalsfrom qualified persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations to provide Preliminary (Preconstruction) Services and Construction Services for the District's future Lease-Leaseback Projects ("Project"), under the District's Measure T Bond Program, in accordance with the lease-leaseback structure set forth in Education Code section 17406 et seq. The District intendsto create a pool of qualified Contractorsfrom which proposals on certain projects will be solicited. Any SOQ that is submitted after this time shall be deemed non-responsive and returned to the bidder. Each respondent is solely responsible for the timely submission of its RFQ. The District is not responsible for any technological issues in a respondent's ability to timely submit its SOQ or portion thereof. Respondents to this SOQ must be prequalified through PQ Bids, prior to submitting a completed SOQ. Note PQ Bids prequalification deadline is five (5) days prior to SOQ due date. Contractors of all tiers must be currently registered and qualified to perform public work pursuant to Labor Code 1725.5 and 1771.1.
