The Project consists of : Installation of Shading Devices on Bldg. D south elevation , Installation of Transfer grilles between classrooms and corridor , Modification of windows and upgrades to Accessibility. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California contractors' license(s): B. The Bidder's license(s) must remain active and in good standing throughout the term of the Contract. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to be registered as a public works contractor with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to the Labour Code. Each bidder is solely responsible for timely submission of its bid; the District is not responsible for any technological issues in a bidder's ability to timely submit its bid or portion thereof. Hard copy of bid bond must be physically submitted, within 24 hours of the bid due date, to the District's Facilities Office 634 El Camino Real South San Francisco, CA 94080. Prior to publicly posting bids on the District website, the District reserves the right to verify the genuineness of any bid security. Any bid that is submitted after this time shall be nonresponsive and returned to the bidder. Any claim by a bidder of error in its bid after the bids are opened must be made in compliance with section 5100 et seq. of the Public Contract Code. All bids shall be on the form provided by the District. Each bid must conform and be responsive to all pertinent Contract Documents, including, but not limited to, the Instructions to Bidders.
