Emergency Operation Center - Video Wall Replacement The City of South San Francisco is seeking propsals from qualified and experienced vendors capable of replacing an existing video wall at our Emergency Operations Center (EOC). The purpose of this request for proposal is to identify vendors with the requisite expertise, capabilities, and resources to design, procure, install, and configure a high-performance video wall solution tailored to meet the operational requirements of our EOC. These guidelines are provided for standardizing the preparation and submission of Proposals by all Consultants. The intent of these guidelines is to assist Consultants in preparation of their proposals, to simplify the review process, and to help assure consistency in format and content. Proposals submitted for review should not exceed twelve (12) pages for all materials excluding introductory letter, resumes and forms. 1. Design & Assessment: Evaluate the current video wall setup and recommend an optimal replacement solution. Include all current features in addition to the new features listed below: a. High-Definition LED Video Wall display b. Include two webcams located front and back, and overhead microphones for virtual meetings. c. Confidence display for presenters. d. Ensure MAC and PC compatibility with the system. this structure will be built on the current site of the city's fire administration and fire station 61 building. it will be used for classroom instruction by the city's fire department generally, but will also server as the city's emergency operations center (eoc) during emergencies.
