The Project consists of Demolition of existing natural grass and landscape sports field, concrete stairs, fences and gates. Installation of new synthetic turf playing field, including permeable field base and new drainage system. Installation of new stairs and ramps. Fencing improvements, new basketball courts, asphalt paving improvements at hard courts, and accessibility improvements to areas serving the limits of work (parking, restrooms, drinking fountains, paths of travel). The project will involve phasing and barricading of work areas as indicated on the plans and special conditions.
