**As of April 30, 2025, this project has been awarded to Mastec Civil, LLC with the bid amount of $10,225,697.60. ** This project consists of 0.854 miles of roadway widening, realignment, curb & gutter, underground drainage, sidewalk, shared-use-path, signing, pavement markings, signalization, and traffic control. The intent of the project is to widen Buckner Lane from Duplex Road to north of Wades Crossing. The project includes improvements on Buckner Lane, Duplex Road, Sakari Circle, Nealcrest Circle S, Nealcrest Circle N, Maleventum Way, Belcor Drive, Savannah Park Drive, Wades Crossing, and adjacent driveways. In addition to the roadway improvements, the project includes the installation of one new traffic signal, modifications to one existing traffic signal, and water and sewer line relocations. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bidder's bond, or Cashier's Check, or Certified Check made payable to the CITY OF SPRING HILL in an amount equaling not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid.
