Reference Number 0000288959 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/03/17 11:59:00 PM EDT The City of Ottawa (hence force defined as “the City”), as part of its asset management program requires all labour, equipment, and materials to undertake Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and Multi Sensor Inspection (MSI) inspections of large diameter extreme length sewers and manholes (the “Work”). In general, the work under consists of supply and installation of materials, labour, technical competence, equipment, machinery, apparatus, and tools for the CCTV and Multi Sensor Inspection (MSI) with live viewing of sewers along with a full condition assessment according to the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) PLUS 4012-10 Standard (NASSCO PACP). Manholes/shafts are to be inspected in accordance with NASSCO MACP Level 2. The successful bidder shall complete the Work no later than 31 December 2025 The City may accept any bid, whether it is the lowest or not, or may reject any or all bids. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
