Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a clubhouse / community center in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
To provide all labour, equipment and materials for the Remote Terminal Unit installation and addition to the Pat Clark Community Centre in accordance with the drawings and specifications of this tender. A bid deposit of ten percent (10%) of the Contract Price, in the form of an electronic bid bond, is required with this RFT. The electronic bid bond must meet the requirements set out in (b) below. Performance security will be required from the successful Bidder prior to the execution of a Contract or the issuance of a purchase order. Such performance security will be a Performance and a Labour and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price from a surety company in a form that is acceptable to the City. The performance security will be retained until completion of the Contract to the satisfaction of the City. The performance security amount may be reduced at various stages of the project, at the discretion of the City. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
