Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of April 10, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on April 29, 2025. Project No. E240954 for the improvement of the West North Broadway 1.18 over Olentangy River (CLICR333-1.18), PID 121403 in Clinton Township, Franklin County, Ohio. DBE Goal: 8% Rehabilitating the North Broadway 1.18 Bridge over the Olentangy River by applying a variable thickness overlay and installing a concrete barrier to provide a shared use path on the south side of the bridge and sidewalk on the north side of the bridge. Other work includes converting the abutments to semi-integral, replacing bearings and approach slabs, and upgrading the existing wingwalls. The work shall be completed no later than December 6, 2025. Upon failure to complete the work within the time specified, the Contractor shall be governed in accordance with Section 5555.67 of the Revised Code of Ohio. No proposal shall be considered unless it complies with all the rules and regulations set forth in the Contract documents. All bidders are urged to carefully read the same and comply with them. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids. ENG ESTIMATE = $2,846,137.37
