Renovation of a municipal facility in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The existing Annex Building at the Greater Columbus Convention Center is in need of HVAC system improvements to achieve improved space temperature and humidity control. In order to serve the new systems, the existing Electrical and Gas services will be replaced and upgraded. The new work will be coordinated with separate Roof and Envelope improvements that have recently been completed under separate contract. The furnishing of materials and performing the labor for the execution and construction of: GCCC Annex Building Renovation. Owner's Estimate: $290,000 The Franklin County Convention Facilities Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities or in its sole discretion, to reject any or all bids. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in the exact form included in the Bid Documents and meeting the requirements.
