Hoopeston Area Community Unit School District #11will receive sealed bids for offers to complete classroom welding facility upgrades at the middle/high school building located at 615 East Orange Street, Hoopeston, IL 60942. Bids will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. The owner reserves the right to waive any informality in the bids received, to determine the lowest responsible bidder by considering alternates,or reject any or all bids. Contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rate of wages as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to all laborers, workmen and mechanics performing under the contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS130/1-12).
