Renovation of a municipal facility in Ravenna, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project includes a Single Prime Contract Bid for the construction of new building additions and improvements for the administrative office and the maintenance garage; including, but not limited to; site work, masonry, concrete, roof systems, electrical, heating-ventilation-air conditioning, exterior and interior building finishes, etc. Estimated Costs of Construction: Bid Package #1, GENERAL TRADES CONTRACT: $1,300,000.00 The successful bidder shall be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of Ohio in accordance with all provisions of the Prevailing Wage Act of the State of Ohio, O.R.C. sections 4115.03 and 4115.16 and related requirements. The Portage County Commissioners reserve the right to waive any informality or to reject any and all bids
