1. The Guilford County Purchasing Department informally requests from individuals or firms interested in providing services with the bathroom partition replacement at the Greensboro Courthouse located at 201 S. Eugene Street. See Bathroom Partition Specifications & Installation for a detailed description of the project scope and requirements. The contractor is to provide all required labor, tools, material and equipment for the removal of existing bathroom partitions and construction of replacement bathroom partitions in five (5) men's and five (5) women's restrooms within the Greensboro Courthouse. All work must comply with project specifications and courthouse security requirements. Participation of minority-owned and women-owned business is encouraged. It is prohibited to pay a fee, commission, percentage, or brokerage fee to any person or firm contingent upon or resulting from the award of a contract of this project. During the bidding period questions will be taken until 2:00PM, on March 18, 2025. All questions should be emailed to the Guilford County Purchasing Department at DG_Puchasing@guilfordcountync.gov. The bid number and title must be referenced in the email. Each question asked will be issued by way of Addendum and posted in the automated bidding system. No question will be considered after the Q&A close date and time. The aspirational MWBE goal for this project is fifteen percent (15%).
