Renovation of an educational facility in Schiller Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of interior renovation at East Leyden High School including the construction of a new electrical switchgear area & electrical room expansion & renovation . Other work at East Leyden High School includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. Renovation of areas at or near the electrical main service entry point. 2. re-roofing and/or roof patching as required by the new switchgear work. 3. Other work as shown on the drawings. A. Contract Type: A single prime contract based on a Stipulated Price as described in this document 1. The Owner / Contractor contract shall be executed on an AIA contract, form A101. a. Each Trade Package Contractor shall act as Prime Contractor and all subcontracts shall be the responsibility of this contractor. 1) The various trade packages and their scope of work shall be established by the Construction Manager. b. With modifications as described in the contract documents or as deemed appropriate by the Owner. For the East Leyden High School electrical switchgear replacement All bid questions must be emailed directly to Jason Wasser, jwasser@icibuilds.com. Bid security in the form of a bid bond only in an amount equal to 10 percent of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 4-3-2025.
