Reference Number 0000379498 The City of Aurora Water Department ("Aurora Water") is requesting written proposals from qualified engineering firms for a Feasibility Study of the Johns Ranch Return Flows. Interested engineering firms are required to provide technical qualifications which are more fully described in the solicitation scope of work. PERIOD OF AWARD: The term of the contract shall be from the date of the award for a nine-month period, and upon the expiration of said period, the contract will terminate automatically, without notice, written or oral. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities in the proposals received, and to accept the proposal(s) deemed most advantageous and in the best interests of the City.
