The Town is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide the Town with On-Call Engineering Services on an as-needed basis for various municipal projects. RFPs are opened at the Wallingford Town Hall in room 205 immediately after the date and time stated in the RFP. The Town of Wallingford may require further information and references on any individual or company participating in the RFP prior to the awarding of the RFP. The Purchasing Agent reserves the right to amend and/or cancel the invitation prior to the time and date of the opening. The Purchasing Agent reserves the right to correct an award erroneously made as a result of a clerical error on the part of the Town of Wallingford. A contract shall not be awarded to any corporation, firm or individual who has an unpaid and overdue debt to the Town by nonpayment of taxes, by debt or contract, or who is in default as surety or otherwise by any obligation to the Town.
