**As of May 28, 2025, the project was awarded to West Branch Construction, with an awarded amount of $395,758.01.** Schedule 3W - Construction of one observation well and one water supply production well in the Dakota Sandstone Aquifer approximately 445-feet deep, complete with submersible pump and pitless unit. Schedule 3C - Construction of approximately 1,516-feet of underground10-inchand12-inch PVC water main, well metering vault and building, well power supply, electrical,control, and integration work for a complete functional system. Schedule 3CW - Combination of schedules 3C and 3W. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security payable to the Owner for ten percent (10%) of the total bid if in the form of a Bid Bond, or five percent (5%) if in the form of a certified or bank check. As soon as the bid prices have been compared, the Owner will return the bid security of all except the three lowest, responsive, responsible bidders for each Schedule. The bid security of the two remaining unsuccessful bidders will be retained until the earlier of seven days after the Effective Date of the Agreement or 35 days after the Bid opening. The bid security of the successful bidder will be retained until the contract and surety bond have been executed and approved, after which it will be returned. Est.
