Recreation Center Pool Renovation The work under this Project consists of the following: The complete overhaul of the existing pool area, including structural, aesthetic, and functional improvements. This project involves demolition, construction, flooring, painting, ADA upgrades, pool resurfacing, handrails, and white coating. The work under this project aims to ensure a modern, safe, and fully functional space for recreation center visitors. Services provided by the Contractor shall include but are not limited to furnishing all plant, equipment, superintendence, labor, tools, testing, skill and materials necessary for the complete overhaul of the existing pool area, including structural, aesthetic, and functional improvements to make the new project operative and complete the project in accordance with the Contract Documents, Drawings and Specifications. Inquiries should include the IFB number, title and be received no later than 12:00 p.m. on Friday, March 21, 2025. Questions received by this date and time will be answered via Addendum. Work under this contract shall begin on the date set forth in the Notice to Proceed (NTP) issued by the Owner. Anticipated start date is June 1. Substantial Completion is required by November 23, 2025. Final Completion is required by 30 days following Substantial Completion. Liquidated Damages: $750.00 per calendar day after the time for Substantial Completion has expired.
