Notice Content ROCKAWAY VALLEY REGIONAL SEWERAGE AUTHORITY MORRIS COUNTY, NEW JERSEY EFFLUENT FLOW METER PROJECT CONTRACT NO. 51 NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Rockaway Valley Regional Sewerage Authority (hereinafter called the "Owner") for: EFFLUENT FLOW METER PROJECT CONTRACT NO. 51 SEALED BIDS will be received on April 24, 2025 in the Board Meeting Room of the Rockaway Valley Regional Sewerage Authority at RD #1, 99 Greenbank Road, Boonton, New Jersey at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read for the following: "Effluent Flow Meter Project, Contract No. 51" The work includes: demolition of existing access hatch, handrail, and HOBAS pipe; concrete modifications to the existing effluent flow meter chamber; installation of 60-inch flow meter, pipe adapters, and couplings; installation of new handrail, access hatch, sump pump, and sump pump discharge piping and appurtenances, and construction of associated instrumentation, electrical, and site work at the Rockaway Valley Regional Sewerage Authority Wastewater Treatment Plant. There will be a site visit on March 28, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. At that time, it is recommended that all interested bidders attend at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, RD #1, 99 Greenbank Road, Boonton, New Jersey. No bid will be received unless in writing on the forms furnished, and unless accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or a certified check made payable to the Rockaway Valley Regional Sewerage Authority in an amount equal to 10% of the total bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000. The Contract Documents may be reviewed at the Rockaway Valley Regional Sewerage Authority Wastewater Treatment Plant, RD #1, 99 Greenbank Road, Boonton, New Jersey, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., during normal business days.
