The Work Of Project Is Defined By The Contract Documents And Includes, But Is Not Limited To, The Following 1. Interior Upgrades To The Childrens Library And Improvements To Barrier Free Access, Modifications To The Layout, New Accessible Restroom, Electrical & Lighting Upgrades, Finish Carpentry Restoration, And Painting Interior Elements. B. Type of Contract 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. All questions must be submitted in writing to lotte.newlin@boontonlibrary.org margaret@chhistoricalarchitects.com, and Danielle@chhistoricalarchitects.com no later than 4:00 pm on Thursday, May 15, 2025. Boonton Holmes Public Library Children's Annex Upgrades Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.
