Site work and paving for a civil project in Lafayette, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; bridge / tunnel; and bridge / tunnel.

First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Statements must be submitted by email on the same date by no later than 4:00 PM in compliance with ORS 279C.370. This form must be submitted even if there are no First-Tier subcontractors. The work will be subject to BOLI - State Prevailing Wage Rates. The Work consists of four schedules: Schedule 1 (Base Bid) - Bridge Street (Fourth Street to STA 15+00): The Work consists of approximately 1,040 tons of asphalt overlay and inlay, 5,000 square yards of asphalt grind, approximately 1,500 square feet of base repair and other work as defined in the Bid Documents. Schedule 2 (Additive Alternative) - Bridge Street (STA 15+00 to Twelfth Street): The Work consists of approximately 300 tons of asphalt overlay, 1,400 square yards of asphalt grind, approximately 110 square feet of base repair and other work as defined in the Bid Documents. Schedule 3 (Additive Alternative ) - Fifth Street, Sixth Street, Seventh Street: The Work consists of approximately 210 tons of asphalt inlay, 1,500 square yards of asphalt grind and other work as defined in the Bid Documents. Schedule 4 (Additive Alternative) - Canyon View Pump Station: The work consists of 15 inch depth excavation of 50 cubic yards, installation of 21 tons of asphalt overlay and other work as defined in the Bid Documents. Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a Bid Bond payable to the City of Lafayette in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid amount. Owners Reservations: Bids may be held by the City of Lafayette for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date Bids are due for the purpose of reviewing Bid Documents and investigating qualifications of Bidders. The City of Lafayette reserves the right to reject any or all Bids for good cause, or any or all Bids upon a finding of the Owner that it is in the public interest to do so, to waive any irregularities, and to accept that Bid from the lowest responsible Bidder, which is in the best interests of the City of Lafayette.
