The Work Will Be Subject to Boli - State Prevailing Wage Rates. The Work Consists of the Following: Installation of 385 Linear Feet of 1-inch Water Service Piping, 300 Linear Feet of 4-foot Tall Chainlink Fence, 1,200 Square Feet of Concrete Sidewalk, 4 Combination Drinking Fountains, 6 5-foot Wide Chainlink Gates, 1 6-foot Wide Chainlink Gate, 3 Benches, 1 Flag Pole, Connection to Existing Utilities, Electrical Site Work, Landscaping and Other Items as Shown on the Plan or Called for in the Specification. Each Proposal Must Be Submitted on the Prescribed Form and Accompanied by a Bid Bond Payable to the City of Lafayette in an Amount Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Bid Amount. Owners Reservations: Bids May Be Held by the City of Lafayette for a Period Not to Exceed Sixty (60) Days From the Date Bids Are Due for the Purpose of Reviewing Bid Documents and Investigating Qualifications of Bidders. The City of Lafayette Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids for Good Cause, or Any or All Bids Upon a Finding of the Owner That It is in the Public Interest to Do So, to Waive Any Irregularities, and to Accept That Bid From the Lowest Responsible Bidder, Which is in the Best Interests of the City of Lafayette.
