requesting proposals from qualified design firms (Consultant) in providing engineering services for Filbert Substation upgrades. To be considered, interested parties must submit their proposals in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Request for Proposals (RFP). The RFP will be used to select the Proposer to provide professional engineering services required to complete professional engineering services which generally includes and at the same time are not limited to what has been described in Section 3 of the RFP. Responses to this RFP will be reviewed, scored, and ranked according to the criteria and process defined in this RFP. One non-mandatory pre-proposal site visit meeting time will be made available. Also, the Project Manager will be available for Q&A virtually or through email as needed throughout the pre-proposal submittal period.
