The work to be performed includes providing and replacing concrete and other miscellaneous items in accordance with the Task List in Attachment 2 and specifications. This is a delivery order style contract, where all work shall be performed on a requirement basis as directed by the Contracting Officer. Payment will be made only for the actual quantity of work performed for each Task Item. The contractor is required to provide a concrete wash-out area for every project, which must comply with and be approved by the DPW Environmental Division. This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for concrete services over a five-year period, consisting of a base year plus four option years.
