The Town of Van Wyck is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the installation of baseboards, interior/exterior doors, trim, door handles, and locks at the Van Wyck Community Center located at 5036 Old Hickory Rd. Lancaster, SC 29720. Scope of Work The selected contractor will be responsible for the following services: - Baseboard Installation: Supply and install new baseboards throughout the designated areas. Baseboard moulding trim will be 6 minimum, white and will be a PVC or polystyrene material. See the attached examples. - Interior Door Replacement: Remove 5 existing doors and install new interior doors, including necessary hardware and adjustments. All doors will be white and hardware will be satin nickel or equivalent, with locks. - Front Exterior Door: will be a wood toned, fiberglass double door, with 1/2 lite, clear window panels. See the attached examples. Hardware will be satin nickel, with a handle and separate push button keypad security lock. - Trim Installation: Supply and install new trim around doors as needed. All trim will be white. - Door Handles and Locks: Supply and install new door handles and locks, ensuring proper fit and functionality. All hardware will be satin nickel or equivalent. - Finishing: Caulking, sanding, and painting/staining of all installed materials to ensure a seamless look. - Site Cleanup: Removal and proper disposal of old materials and debris. - Final Inspection Meeting: Conduct a final walkthrough with the Town of Van Wyck to ensure all work is completed to satisfaction before final approval and payment. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
