**As of May 16, 2025, project is cancelled. No definite date for the rebid. The Town of Van Wyck is seeking a contractor to install new landscaping on the grounds of the Community Center located at 5036 Old Hickory Rd. Lancaster, SC 29720. The successful bidder will be responsible for the installation of new landscaping at the Van Wyck Community Center located at 5036 Old Hickory Rd. Lancaster, SC 29720. The community center has recently added a new parking lot, along with other site improvements. The landscape contractor is to install landscape material according to the attached landscape plans. The landscape plans outline size, quantities and quality of the plant material. Please carefully read through to fully understand expectations. See the attached Landscaping Plan for details *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
