The purpose of this solicitation is to request quotes to furnish and install White Board Film in 17-Classrooms, starting in the basement, and working your way up for the University of South Carolina Lancaster. The following list of 17- classrooms include the overall length of the whiteboard scope in both feet and inches. Existing white boards run continuously and seamlessly wall-to-wall in each classroom, and so shall new film. No vertical splices shall be permitted in any classroom. Please order & cut roll stock film to fit each whiteboard the full length of the whiteboard with as little waste as possible. Contractor may consider combining the length of 2-classrooms for each roll ordered. All whiteboards are 60" tall including metal frame w/ a 58" to 59" inside clear vertical whiteboard dimension. Please be advised 59" wide roll stock of specified material will fit this job. Any excess film can be trimmed. Any horizonal gaps will be at the top. Stock rolls available in 50 FT lengths. Special Orders may be possible in longer rolls. Owner would like the Contractor to start work in the basement and complete those 3-three classrooms first. Then work their way up to the 1st level and complete those 6-six classrooms next, before working their way up the 2nd level to complete the remaining 8-eight classrooms. Owner is open and flexible.
