Project scope includes but is not limited to the expansion, new construction, and remodeling of the existing facility. Plans call for adding approximately 4,400 square foot building space at the northwest designated expansion area; a new 11,000 square building off the southwest corner of the facility that will be connected to the existing building via a new, approximately 4,800 square foot centralized lobby and entryway. Approximately 75-80% of the existing interior space would be remodeled to accommodate new locations and layouts for the various departmental divisions.
