The Work is known as and is referred to as Shaw Field Irrigation Improvements and is generally described as follows: The project consists of landscape and irrigation improvements for Joe Henry Memorial Park, located at the northwest corner of W. 1st Street and N. 23rd Avenue, Yuma, Arizona. The work includes improvements for the proposed soccer fields, irrigation system upgrades, turf irrigation, drip irrigation, new 3-inch irrigation meter and backflow preventer, decomposed granite placement, and removal of approximately 8,500 sq. ft. of turf along the south fence line. Contractor shall complete, provide and perform, or cause to be performed, all Work in a proper and workmanlike manner, with appropriate consideration for public safety and convenience, consistent with the highest standards of professional and construction practices and in full compliance with, and as required by or pursuant to, this Contract, and with the greatest economy, efficiency, and expediency consistent with all as more particularly described in the Contract Documents.
