The Commission of Public Works of the City of Spartanburg will accept sealed proposals for the removal and replacement of curtains and hardware in Clearwell #3 at the R.B. Simms Drinking Water Treatment Facility. In its sole discretion, the Spartanburg Water System reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals.
