Morea Well Improvements Project The Project consists of construction of a new treatment building for Well #2. Improvements will include the addition of iron and manganese treatment, chemical upgrades, and installation of approximately 1,000 LF of 8" transmission main. Additionally, approximately 102 public service lines will be replaced in the Morea system. Lead or galvanized service lines (if any) on the private side will be replaced as well. Service line replacement will include the in-kind installation of copper service lines, curb stops, curb boxes, and meters. The following contracts will be awarded: Contract One - General Construction, Contract Two - Plumbing Work, Contract Three - HVAC Work, Contract Four - Electrical Work.
