Proposer may submit questions based on its review of this RFQ, by adhering to the format template provided as part of the RFQ and submitted as an attached WORD document (no pdf documents) and sending it via submission in Oracle as part of your Bid/Quote no later than 5:00 pm on the March 18, 2025 listed in the RFQ. Questions received after this time and date will not be answered. Answers to questions will be posted in Oracle on or before March 25, 2025 no later than 5:00PM. Beginning October 1, 2020, bids submitted by individuals (not common carriers) in City Hall, must be submitted via the locked drop box. Bids will not be accepted anywhere else in City Hall. Emailed bids are not accepted. If a hardcopy bid is submitted the vendor must physically sign the bid or the bid will be considered non-conforming. 1 Grass cutting and landscaping For additional information regarding this solicitation, contact Erin Pinkney at erin.pinkney@memphistn.gov. The successful bidder shall submit all invoices associated with the resulting purchase order/contract to: Memphis at 373 Stiles Drive; Memphis, Tennessee 38127. A bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Tennessee, certified/cashiers' check on a solvent bank, irrevocable letter of credit, or certificate of deposit, in the amount of N/A % of the total bid price, must accompany the bid. The City reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time prior to making an award based on this solicitation. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in bids.
